How Brutal Achilles is?

Who is This brave Man? hm. oh Achilles. he is an Achean warrior and a DemiGod; A Half human and A Half God. Achilles is the son of Thethis and Peleus. Achilles also has a cousin named Patroclus, they were very close to each other, but Hector (Strongest warrior among the Trojans) and Apollo (God and a Guardian of Hector) killed Patroclus, and that started a fight between Hector and Achilles, but Achilles is stronger than Hector. That's why Hector's Father discouraged him not to fight with AChilles. Because King Priam believed that, If Hector will fight Achilles, Hector will be killed by Achilles. King Priam said that:

“HECTOR. MY DEAR SON, DON’T STAND OUT THERE ALONE,
FACING THE MAN WHO NO ONE ELSE TO HELP YOU,
OR YOU WILL QUICKLY MEET YOUR DEATH, SLAUGHTERED
PELEUS’ SON, WHO’S MUCH MORE POWERFUL.
DON’T BE OBSTINATE. IF ONLY THE GODS
WOULD LOVE ACHILLES JUST AS MUCH AS I DO.
THEN DOGS AND VULTURES WOULD SOON GNAW AT HIM
AS HE LAY THERE. AND THEN MY HEART MIGHT BE SHED
ITS DREADFUK SORROW, FOR HE’S TAKEN FROM ME
MANY VALIANT SONS. SOME HE’S BUTCHERED.
OTHERS HE’S SOLD IN ISLANDS FAR AWAY. “(BOOK 22.50-60.220-221)

And that shows how brutal Achilles is.  He doesn’t choose anyone and he treat everyone like an animal even his soldiers.

My WonderMom

Nervousness crept through me. Music, combined with the shouts of the crowd, echoed in my ears. As I exited the backstage, the spotlight hit me. After being blinded for a second, it was her that I first saw. She was applauding heartily and smiling widely. In her eyes I can see how proud she was of me. I was comforted. I regained confidence and said to myself, "I'll do this for her. This is for my mom."

She carried me in her womb for 9 months. She labored for hours in order for me to see this world. She suffered sleepless nights to comfort me when I wailed. She was the first to teach me the alphabet, numbers and shapes. She fetched me to and from school everyday. She taught me the value of education, spirituality, humility and honesty. She always tells me that I should study hard for me to have the best profession and career in the future. She never fails to attend to all my needs. She supported me in all my activities. She has the ability to smile and laugh though she is experiencing the hardest problem in life.

SHE'S THE BEST WOMAN FOR ME. MY WONDERMOM. =*

Walking in the Light of God’s Word with EXCELLENCE!

Air-conditioned rooms, high-tech facilities, advance teaching techniques, and awesome learning environment. These are some of the characteristics of the ideal school every student would ever dream of. But what makes a student competitive, comprehensive and radiant?
Taytay United Methodist Christian School also known as TUMCS is the perfect school for everyone wanting to be competitive, comprehensive and radiant. Located at Venus St. San Isidro Taytay, Rizal, TUMCS offers the best education in the whole municipality. These are some explanation why she runs as one of the top performing schoosl in Rizal province.  She provides great learning atmosphere and environment which enables each student to be more focus on studying. She also provides advance teaching techniques with the use of high-tech facilities such as LCD projectors and laptops. Learning facilities like library and audio-visual room are also available to help the students catch up with their lessons. Her faculty members provide a lot of knowledge on the academic aspects and extracurricular activities.  She also ensures the emotional stability of each student through the Guidance office providing advices which would cater the student’s distresses. Proactive student government and interest clubs also exists in the school.  Their goal is to bond the students in every way they can to show unity and growth in fellowship.
Most school provides parallel features with TUMCS but what makes her different from other schools are the value and discipline configuration that she instills on the students. Above anything else, the focus of the school is the moral and values formation of each student. This is achieved through weekly chapel service, spiritual retreats and different spiritual activities. She introduces God and encourages everyone to establish a personal relationship with Him. In line with this, the discipline formation of a student approaches simultaneously. These aspects are the one giving my school, TUMCS, the edge over other schools.
As stated in the school hymn, “She calls us to walk in the light of God’s Word. Make Known His goodness. Stray not from the Lord.”. Education is an integral part of man’s life. It is not merely academics nor extracurricular.  But it is a holistic formation of man including the feeding of their spirits. That’s why TUMCS is the best school. She calls us to walk in the light of God’s Word with excellence!

Grammar in use...

After seeing my mistakes in grammar, I realized that I need to study more information and gain knowledge about English Literature and grammar. I need to study because I know that I am not yet familiar to some English words and I know that I can’t construct a perfect sentence because some of my grammars are not correct. My teacher in English always tells us if we were able to learn an English grammar. We can have a good life and we can be professional someday and THAT’S RIGHT. So it we’ll go to the other country, we can communicate well to the people living there.

“Focus on Grammar…”

Fairness and Camaraderie, must be practice!

Last February 14, our school is celebrating the 26th founding anniversary. In part of this intramurals and field demo where done. One of our participation is the field demo. We demonstrate the ballroom dance choreographed by our classmates. We are not expected to won because seniors always won the competition. But when the judges decide who the winner is, they announced that the JUNIORS won the ballroom dance competition. We are so very proud of ourselves. All of our sufferings are worth it. On the next day, ball games done. I and my other team mates joined the basketball. I was so disappointed of what happened to our team, we lost the game. But I have a trust on my team mates and we did our best to won this game. After that we promise that we will win the volleyball game. And finally we won. In the competition in field demo fairness and camaraderie showed. I’m so happy that they judge us fair and not bayass. Finally our section got an award in volleyball and ballroom dance.

Discrimination against all odds

When I started modeling, I encountered many libel. They said that “You will not win this contest.” “You were so arrogant. Why? Because you are handsome?!” I was discriminated about that. Sometimes I've thought to stop modeling, for me not to encounter these bad things because it’s not true. I only do is don’t mind them, we have our own appearance and “DON’T JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER.”

But everything has a purpose; I think they were just jealous about me. Only God can judge us. No one can underestimate us. I still continue modeling because that is my passion. I don’t care if they use to continue that doings.
